Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite and Ambassador Elite members will receive guaranteed priority for their requested type of room. If guarantee is not met, guest compensation applies. A Platinum Elite Member or above who makes a reservation on the same day they plan to arrive at the property is not eligible to receive the Guaranteed Room Type benefit. The Guaranteed Room Type benefit does not cover room upgrades.
