8. Why am I getting an error message when signing into my account and accessing my Marriott Rewards information?
There are several reasons this error may occur:
  • Your “signed in” session may have timed out. Try signing out and then sign back in to view your account information.
  • Also, you may have previously had a profile account on Marriott.com, but your account was not assigned a Marriott Rewards number at the time. Sign in at www.marriott.com. If your account does not already have a Marriott Rewards number attached, you will be asked to confirm your email address in order to automatically upgrade your account. After upgrading to a Rewards account, you should be able to access your information.
If you still cannot access your Marriott Rewards information, please contact Internet Customer Care and we'll be happy to assist you.
